Niall Robb

Managing Director

Niall & Dorothy bought the business from the previous owner (Colin Ogilvie) in 2002.
Niall started his apprenticeship in 1968 with a Ford Dealership in Canberra and completed his apprenticeship with a Nissan Dealership. He has had a wide experience in working in dealerships,as a mechanic, leading hand and foreman also in service stations and running his own mechanical business in the A.C.T.
Niall spent 15 years working in the transport industry with heavy vehicles but returned to the mechanical trade prior to purchasing this business in 2002.
He and the staff continue to attend Auto trade workshop to ensure they are trained in the latest techniques as well as having long term experience.
Niall is keen to provide customers with good quality workmansip at a competitive price. He believes in ethical, fair, courteous and honest relationships with his customers, suppliers and staff.

Dorothy Robb

Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Niall and Dorothy have been married for 40 years and complement each other in their professional and personal lives. Dorothy assists in the office on a part time basis

Janelle Billett

Office Manager

Janelle has previous experience in the banking industry and looks after the front office for 20 hours per week including accounts, reception, bookings and general enquiries

Colin Cumberland

Foreman

Colin is a fully qualified mechanic and has over 40 years experience in the trade. His experience includes heavy & light commercial vehicles, diesel engines, LPG.
Colin has run his own commercial vehicle workshop and his own service workshops. He has worked as fleet maintenance manager for a heavy transport company.

Brighton Jangano

Motor Mechanic

Brighton came to us as a fully qualified and experienced mechanic from a Chrysler Jeep Dealership in Zimbabwe and has been in the industry for about 10 years.

Matthew Crump

Motor Mechanic

Matthew joined us after moving to Canberra from Tasmania. His wife had previously done some work experience here and introduced him.
He began his trade in 1992 in a Izuzi Dealership in NSW.
He has been working in various roles for the last 18 years, mainly on mobile services on cars and light trucks. He has spent 3 years servicing heavy trucks and trailers and 3 years working on heavy busses.

John Rice

Motor Mechanic

John trained in Wales on Rolls Royce and Jaguar engines and has 30 years of experience. Most recently he was manager of a Repco Authorised Workshop in Adelaide.

Darcy Jenkins-Ayres

Motor Mechanic

Darcy joined us as a 2nd year apprentice after moving from the Blue Mountains, he has completed his CIT course and was fully qualified at the end of 2010

Nick Barot

Adult Apprentice

Nick has completed his theory training and joined us in April to continue his practical experience after moving from Melbourne
