I took my wifes Holden Commodore to Carrum Downs Car Center, after severe problems with the engine. I had previously taken the vehicle to 3 different mechanics who all said that they would be able to repair the car. After spending over $4,000 on repairs the vehicle was still running below performance & with several of the same issues re-occuring, that these previous mechanics had promised were repaired. A friend of mine recommended me to speak to Nathaniel@ Carrum Downs Car Centre. When I went to the shop, Nathaniel was very friendly & used a professional approach. He happily discussed the issues with me & Turns out after leaving my vehicle at the shop for 3 days, not only did Nathaniel repair all of my problems with the car, but also returned it to my door step free of charge. He has a new customer that will return to him for years to come. I am not the type of person to write a review, but I have never experienced such great service from a mechanic before.
