Alan has cared for our two Peugeot cars we have owned for over 20 years.We 'found' him after some disatrous early experiences elsewhere and have never looked back. He has been meticulous and, where necessary, inventive in his care of firstly, one family car we sold after 20 years and secondly our new one.We are happy to follow him to his new premises in Thornleigh, as we are sure that we won't find anyone as reasonable or as good at his job.

I have been taking my 1989 Ford Laser to Alan Bourne for servicing since purchasing it in 2001. Alan has been an excellent mechanic, keeping this old car running smoothly for the past 5 years. Alan is very flexible in his appointment times and offers to fix my car while I wait in a near by cafe, or gives me the option of leaving it for the day and returning in the evening. Price is an important factor for me as I am a full time student and Alan is always looking for ways to save me money without losing out on quality. I previously lived 15 minutes form Alan's business and have since moved to over an hour away. I am now travelling that distance so Alan can fix my car 2 - 3 times a year, as I believe he is an excellent mechanic and it is worth the effort.
